You may have heard of this, studies have shown that you need to show your sales page an average number of 7 times before they really pull out their credit cards to buy a product.

But the problem is how are you able to follow up with a customer in order to show them your sales page again and again?

There are in fact many ways to do this, but the most common method is to create an opt-in form for them to fill up their names and email addresses provided you have some html knowledge.

It’s rather easy to do this if you are selling your own products and have full access to modify your web pages. But now I’m talking about promoting other people’s product where usually they’ll provide you with their fully optimized sales page hosted on their own websites. I can bet most likely they wouldn’t help you to insert your opt-in form on anywhere of their sales page just because you are helping them to sell.

An affiliate sales page is shared by all affiliates, the difference only is each and other affiliates are given their own individual customized affiliate links. If they were to help you place an opt-in form, imagine how are they going to find space to fit in for their other 100 or so affiliates that are also promoting their products? And most of the time, your affiliate vendors already have their own opt-in form put up somewhere.

So, in order to capture a subscriber, you need to create your own mini pages like a “squeeze page” or a “lead capture page”. You’ll then type in some brief descriptions and benefits of the product you’re promoting, of course, you’ll need to attach your opt-in form and “free gifts” so as to exchange for their names and emails. This method is currently more commonly used by all affiliate marketers nowadays.

But through my many years of experience tells me, it is not the most effective method I’ve seen, after all, asking your customer to navigate extra pages to reach what you have to offer may sometimes pissed them off.

Is there any other lead capturing method other than the above mentioned?

Well, I happened to come up with an idea one day when I was doing some testing on improving my sales conversion. I realized if you place your opt-in form inside a pop-ups, your visitors are more likely to subscribe. I know you probably don’t like pop-ups or flying ads to show up at the webpage you are visiting, but in a marketing perception, no one can doubt it’s effectiveness.

Question is, how are you going to insert the code that’s only doable on your own webpages? Here’s the tricky part…

1. You must have your own domain and web hosting service in order to carry out these process.
2. You need to know the source code or with the help of a software program to cloak your affiliate link and at the same time to insert the scripts of the pop-up ads using any html editor.
3. Name and save it as a html file (e.g. index.html or yourproductname.html) and upload to your appropriate folder (e.g. yourdomainname.com/folder/index.html) using a ftp software. You can ask your webmaster to help you if you’re not sure about this step.
4. Test it by typing in the url where you’ve uploaded your webpage into your web browser. Make sure when the webpage you’ve open shows the pop-up that have your opt-in form inside and you’re done!

Now that you’ve implement the “pop-up opt-in form” to your affiliate web page, you’re now more certain that even if they don’t buy during their first visit, you have other chances of showing them the page again another time if they chose to opt-in for your great offers.

The only thing you should worry is that the pop-up script you use, most people would have installed pop-up blockers on their pc or web browser, but there are some script which is unblockable. They are many kinds of scripts available online, do your own research and choose one that fits your needs.

Lastly, make sure you inform the product owner and get their approval before doing this so that they know you are helping them to sell their product in a more effective way. A wise marketer will not have any objection but instead ask you how you do it?

Be prepared for your list to boom overnight, and have fun making sales!

But of course I’ve not forgotten my blog since I did all these for the sake of providing quality information and products through my blog to you. My hope is that you will benefits from every product’s introduction I’ve made.

Initially I thought of doing a review on the seven dollar script, but I feel that it’s not really a good investment for any newbies trying to kick start their business. First, I want to make sure I’ve master the skill to install the program script with my both eyes closed, so I can help to solve or answer any question if you encounter during the installation. Secondly, you need to have your own product in order to do the selling, or at least a PLR product that you can modified to become your own. But I’ll still write a whole topic in the future on how to install, how to create and how to make money from a 7 dollar products…

Right now, I’ll concentrate on products that’s suitable for building your business’s basic foundation. Remember the first product I introduced, it’s Ewen Chia’s “Internet Business For Newbies”? The best thing about it is, it’s FREE, correct? But the main disadvantage are the content provided is quite limited, Ewen’s also not frequently making a lot of updates on the site too. But what do you expect from something free? I can only say this has already exceed some other paid info products, where it offers not one but 4 affiliate income commissions opportunity when you simply give it away for FREE.

Now, if you think you are really serious about your internet business, and of course, one single training material like IBFN won’t be enough for you to really make money like the gurus did. But like I said, your basic business skills are really important and can determine your future success or failure. Whether you are a newbie or a marketer online for quite some time, you should try to read or study more using free online resources. If financially allowed, you can even try to invest on a quality training material, best is to get yourself a business mentor.

The key factor here is to learn and “model” from a successful person. No point trying to invent the wheel by yourself, by modelling from people with proven success will shortcut your way tremendously. You wouldn’t want to spend 20-30 years just to achieve success with your own unique style of business method when you can “copy” from others and implement it within 2 years time?

To cut everything short, Ewen is the guy you can try to learn and model his success. If you ever had a chance to hear him speak, you’ll notice he speak slow and monotonously, not like those people where they’re rushing a speed bullet train. From the way he speak, you can be sure he’s not a person who’s trying to sell you something from his “salesman” sweet talk, but rather his actions and sincerity that makes you wants to buy from him.

He’s also just an average guy like you and me, so modelling him is not a mission impossible task. To model his success, you can either 1) engage him as your personal mentor/business advisor, but according to his credibility, you may have to fork out few grands per hour of consultation fees 2) observe him and watch his every move, but I can warn you, his success is not in days or weeks, but years of hard work since 1997, so it may takes years to do this. Unless your father had saved his father’s life 30 years ago, and he’s now willing to teach you personally on how to make money online, otherwise learning from him will be more than just using a photocopy machine.

What if, there’s a chance for you to learn from his success from scratch… with just a little investment effort on your part?

The fact that I admire him is, he’s always trying to invent something that’s not too complicated and difficult to understand for average person like you and me, the amazing part is, it works. Maybe this is because he always do things by putting his customer in his heart. Now, he has produced yet another magnificent creation that can generate instant cash for everyone, including newbies, called “The Newbie Cash Machine”.

What happened here is he always like to say things the opposite of what the other gurus have probably told you. And he sounds really so sarcastic… (maybe I’m a bit influence by him)

The actual fact is, all the things he told us are the TRUTH… and the TRUTH… and nothing but the TRUTH! If you get to know him better, you’ll know all his words are coming out from the bottom of his heart and not from his foul mouth. Most of the more common people will not understand, and this explain why 95% fail on the internet. (Geez… am I worse than him?)

Before I further introduce myself, let me make a little wager with you… (I’ll let you on the stake later)

I bet you are either a newbie or a marketer hanging around the internet for quite some time who has tried at least once working your ass-off, but eventually failed to secure an income that’s even enough to pay off your meal for tomorrow…

New products from the gurus are coming out almost every week that promised you to be able to lay off your boss, work in your own time, and actually enjoy the luxury of retirement which others may do so only in their old age. You are so convinced that if you consolidate the money for this month rental, pawn your wife’s wedding ring and even sacrifice your baby’s milk powder to deposit into another so-called guru’s bank account, you’ll reap off the profits sooner or later.

Yet the consequences are you end up heavily in debt, lay off but your egos to kneel down in front of your boss to beg him let you work for him again. (you may even have to lay down his pants for that to work…)

There is one thing that all the gurus will tell you, “Never give up… (continue below)!”

But does can any guru you know saying that comes with an issue of a guarantee certificate you’ll be super successful one day just because you follow their words and didn’t submit to your destiny? BULLSH*T!!!

But why are they telling you all these? You thought they are giving you some hope to stay on? (Yes… Fat hope!)

Reason simply being if you give up and goes back to your day job and vows never to believe in any internet craps again, then their income will be greatly affected. Another word, their source of incomes came from YOU! If you were to further interpret the sentence, it’ll be “Never give up on putting more money in my pocket, Ha…Ha…Ha…!”

Come on… be more mature! I’m not trying to be sarcastic here, instead I’m trying to wake you up and help save your every penny so you can spend it on something more worthwhile.

Do you really think they’ll share with you their closely guarded secrets just because you pay them few bucks, hundreds, or maybe thousands of your hard earn money? Now, you can’t really blame them because there are two basics fundamentals that every business needs to follow.

First of all, they are not running a charity organization but a business that requires them to earn money in order to survive (have you seen any business survived by giving away free items), therefore they have to make sure they are in profit before you do.

Secondly, they are catering their products or services not for one, but thousands or even millions of customers like you to help keep their business going. Different people have different needs or requirements, so you can’t expect the single item to work for everybody. Not unless you’re rich enough for a special tailor-made…

Does it mean that with all these gurus around, you’ll never make it big on the internet?

Maybe I’ll tell you a little of my story on how I manage to survive despite being “cheated” off all my savings trying to become the next guru by having the “never give up” determination.

Whether you believe it or not, I been there myself way more than you could ever imagined. Of the strong belief I’ve always kept in my head, if I don’t give up, I’ll be successful like the people who told me so. But reality doesn’t care if I’m a strong believer, my stomach doesn’t fill up by my strong wills, my wife doesn’t praise me for my die hard wills, my daughter are too young to tell me she’s proud because her daddy never give up.

Time after time, debts are growing, relationships are falling and trusts are fading. The words “give up” which never exist in my dictionary started to appear, and are growing more prominent like clearing a path from a foggy road. I’m so tired and desperate that one day I shut off my computer, I mean just turn off the main switch button, never even bother to close the windows programs… And I went straight to my bed and lie down drop dead, only to found the weariness that’s accumulated from the endless night I’ve struggled. But I couldn’t get to sleep yet, because I couldn’t think of an answer why even after following the exact same techniques that have been taught by those people that are already successful, I’m still not able to produce a result that I desired? Could it be… (finally, into my sweet dreams)

By the time I woke up, it’s the next Sunday early morning. My mum took a peep outside the door, seeing me awake she walk in and ask me if I wanted to follow her to the church. I paused, thinking maybe I should say some prayer there and God would probably show me some ways, so I agreed. You see, I’m not really into all these religious things, but maybe I’m being showed the way by God or I’m too lost to think what I’m going to do next. Anyway, I admit I’m really glad to be there…

My mum regularly goes to the church. She would be there almost every week once or sometimes more to actively participate in their every possible program they held. At the doorway, she made the introduction of a few members to me (I think she’s proud of her social cycles), but there was this guy that particularly caught my attention. Well, I thought only attractive girls will catch my attention, but this guy he’s wearing normal spectacle, neatly dressed, has a face that looks average but friendly. One thing he’s different, he’s on a wheelchair. I don’t why, but something just told me he’s slightly different from the rest, apart from the disability.

After the session ended, I manage to grab hold of him. During the conversation, I realized he’s also doing the internet marketing stuff. He says although he’s not a millionaire yet, he managed to earn a living by just working few hours, and the amounts are probably more than any average person. Now, should I carry on the conversation telling him that I’m doing the same thing as him or maybe I should just save the embarrassment of not being able to do better than a person on a wheelchair.

But my guts tell me he’s not a person that would laugh at someone’s failure. So I carry on bragging about the hard works and passions I’ve put into the online business. When I told him my main attitude towards my success is “I never give up”, he shake his head in disagreement. And he explained, to not give up easily is good in a sense that we will be more disciplined in doing something that requires some effort and patience which usually prevent us from completing certain task. But it only applies if that leads you to a guarantee successful path. What if the thing you are doing doesn’t have a clear vision goal, and it would probably lead you into a total failure. Then you must learn to give it up, if not it’ll only turn into stubbornness that destroys your every dream.

These words definitely change my perception on my look upon principles, I’ve never imagine someone that needs to depend on two wheels to move around can actually have that kind words coming out from his mouth and it greatly impacts me. What I’ve always believed turns out to be my greatest stopping stone to my success.

Following that perception, I made some small changes to my internet marketing methods yet the results were life changing for me.

I don’t know how you got here. I don’t know how you found this page, but consider yourself lucky. Because from today onwards, I’m going to share my methods with you provided you are able to follow my footsteps.

I don’t intend to work round the clock like I did last time, but I intend to work only few hours per day and rest on Saturday and Sunday. So sad to say, my times are limited but I’ll bring you any other free opportunities that I come across.

You may ask, why do you have to learn to make money online from me?” The reasons being there are several advantages I possessed over the rest.

1. I’m a full-time Internet Marketer, that indicates I’ve got more time than average people to teach and to learn. (note I’ve never stop learning, instead I teach what I’ve learn…)
2. I don’t depend solely on your purchase to earn a living, I’ve got more than enough autopilot incomes even if I do nothing at home, that’s why I teach here out of the injustice I’ve seen and my passion towards the online money making world.
3. I’m not a guy who likes to sit around doing routine work everyday and repeat it month after month, but trust me, making money online are just about that. Especially you don’t want to change anything that was already working for you. To spice up my life a little bit, I decided to do either coaching or teaching. And even if it helps only one person, I can sense a kind of satisfaction.
