Is Warrior Forum Hacked?

I got this habit of visiting warrior forum everyday, even if it’s just to hang around doing nothing.

But today when I try to visit the link again, I got this:

Active Server Pages error ‘ASP 0126′

Include file not found

/forum/pm_view.asp, line 42″

The include file ‘config.asp’ was not found.

I try to dig out some news from other forums and all that I’ve heard is that the almighty Warrior Forum was being hacked.

It’s been a few hours but it was not back yet…

I’m wondering who would want to hack the Warriors? (could it be there’s too much gurus in there?)

Hopefully they’ll be back by tomorrow morning, I missed the WSO…

I feel looking and having joined the Warrior forum that this website is no good for nothing but talk and so called Guru’s selling you the latest get rich quick gadget or ebook.

There are better website forums out there that show you with links how to get the latest softwrae for nothing with links to download immediately without placing in your email address to get on their lists and be bombarded with rubbish.

Also some of the ebst firums are all aboit money making and one in particular i use is one that shows you exactly what works how much you can realisticlaly earn and the members try them out and share every item about earning money from their syatem with you.

Now…can the warrior do that ? NO says it all.

I couldn’t sleep and got up around 4:00 am central time and went to the warrior forum.

The structure was there and most of the posts were gone. There were 3 or 4 guys on at the time saying it was being hacked at the moment.

Wow. Hacked would explain it. I haven’t been able to get into the forum this afternoon either. I got the same error message.
I noticed a couple of strange spammy posts so maybe…
Hope they’re back up soon. I’ve become an addict (to the forum, that is) :)

The WF is back up now.

  • Eric Tan on February 5, 2008

    Yup… WF is back!

Through this incident, I can see that some people love the forum, but some hate it and hope to never see it come back again.

It’s a fact that it’s been hacked, but whether it should be hacked… it’s controversial.

I won’t comment too much on this and would like to stay as a mutual party.

I’ll go see if Allen got anything to say?

You know that does make sense for a while I wasn’t able to access my account, and I was wondering why. After signing up for a new account it was okay.

Anyhow all is back, hopefully it will go smoothly.

    Cheers!

    Yeah.

    WarriorForum is back today…
I hope they have Indeed FIXED that little exploit and our details are safe with them..

It seems ALOT of hackers were on the go for APRIL 1
foolsday or whatever… One of My sites was hacked too.. and I was the one that got removed from my hosting because of an exploit found in a “TurnKey” script I purchased over at PopScript.com It seems all of those SCRIPTS are dodgy.. Not Blaming the Site..But maybe their script suppliers..

    My advice for the day…

“DO Not Buy TurKey Lowpriced Ready Made Scripts/Websites..”

    Jimmy D

PS: its a wonder how even the bigger guys seem to get hacked too?

    Nice Blog here. Best Regards.

    Hi Jamie/Jimmy(?),

This hacking problem actually happened 2 months back…

Blame me for not updating my blog, but I’m really tied with many things at the moment.

Even a thousand dollars script can be hacked one day, so my advice is to always do your backup and keep your eyes sharp on everything.

If possible, have a technician to take care of those technical stuffs, the keyword here is “outsourcing”.

Thanks for the comment and take care!
